Erasmus+ Staff Week at KUL

Today marks the beginning of Erasmus+ Staff Week at KUL—a splendid occasion for academic and administrative staff from KUL partner universities worldwide. We are delighted to extend a warm welcome to 26 esteemed colleagues from 17 universities in 10 countries, spanning both EU and non-EU regions:Gordon Academic College of Education (Israel), Tangaza University College (Kenya), Universidad Nacional de Quilmes (Argentina), University of Elbasan “Aleksandër Xhuvani” (Albania), Universidad Francisco de Victoria (Spain), University of Bari “Aldo Moro” (Italy), University of Teramo (Italy), Tallinn University (Estonia), Afyon Kocatepe University (Turkey), Ufuk University (Turkey), Bilecik Şeyh Edebali (Turkey), Çankırı Karatekin University (Turkey), Altınbaş Üniversitesi (Turkey), Catholic University of Applied Sciences (Turkey), Eskişehir Osmangazi University (Turkey), Ukrainian Catholic University (Ukraine)

The event began with a warm welcome from the Rector, Rev. Prof. Mirosław Kalinowski, who encouraged all participants to be actively involved, emphasizing that "experience is always a good thing that we should share". Following the Rector's official greeting, warm words were also shared by Mrs. Maria Moroniak, Erasmus+ Coordinator, who extended greetings to all present and took the opportunity to list the institutions represented by our distinguished guests today.

Throughout this international week, our guests will immerse themselves in a dynamic program designed to enhance their professional development and foster intercultural exchange. In addition to engaging in tailored training sessions and classes, participants will have the opportunity to explore our university's potential in international initiatives and broaden their understanding of intercultural communication and effective social media management through interactive workshops.

Staff week is not only work but also fun! We're dedicated to ensuring a seamless blend of learning and leisure, with traditional dumpling workshops and exciting excursions planned for all to enjoy. These activities serve as invaluable opportunities for building camaraderie and forging lasting connections among participants.
